I am a fun, engaging and approachable tutor with experience of teaching and leading workshops for students aged 11 upwards. I have tutored at GCSE level in History and English for the past few years, and find enthusing students with a love for their subjects very rewarding. I believe in tailoring my approach to specifically address the needs of the student, and in teaching in a friendly, unpatronising and flexible style to help them reach their potential.

After achieving a 2:1 in Archaeology and Anthropology, specialising in Egyptology, from the University of Cambridge in 2014, I have begun retraining as an actor by undertaking a BA in Acting at Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts, one of the country's leading drama schools, and am nearing my graduation. This has given me a flexible and balanced approach to teaching, with an appreciation for academic minutiae tempered by a personable manner.

Aside from my tutoring experience, I have also led textual and acting workshops for secondary school and university students, and also have experience leading physical workshops for reducing stress and increasing focus for students at my drama school, methods which I am keen to integrate into my teaching practice.

I am an enthusiastic traditional archer, and captained my shooting team at school, whilst I also run pen-and-paper roleplaying games for friends and colleagues. I am a perpetual denizen of galleries and museums.
